Bjarke Ingels, an award-winning Danish architect rated as one of Time’s 100 Influential People, and Ian Gillespie of Westbank Corp came together to create the most unusual residential building ever constructed in Canada, King Toronto Condos. Toronto Penthouse Living’s Alex J. Wilson sat down with Riz Dhanji, president of Rad Marketing to discuss the development’s unique features.
King Toronto Condos is designed to be a luxurious development second to none, with visionary developers who strive to improve our world through sustainable architecture and design. Ingels custom-designed both the exterior and interior, allowing the entire building to come together as a single, glowing jewel suspended above the heritage buildings of Toronto, with trees, vines and irrigation on every balcony.
Riz worked closely with Westbank on the development and knows firsthand the innovation they are bringing to the market not just in Toronto, but around in the world in Vancouver, Seattle and Japan. He discussed how this remarkable development came to be built and the connection between cutting-edge architecture, value and sustainability.
