Toronto Penthouse Living’s Alex J. Wilson sat down with developer Sam Mizrahi as he discusses the new jewel in the Mizrahi Developments crown. Mizrahi’s passion for architecture began at a young age and was informed by the mosaic of cultures and immigrants he saw around him in Toronto, while he became inspired by the design of the great international architects of the world. He wanted to bring the timeless design of the buildings of Europe to Toronto, bringing the cityscape into symbiosis with its inhabitants.
Mizrahi Developments customizes each home in partnership with homeowners, allowing them to be intimately involved with their most important investments. The building’s innovative exoskeleton has no pillars, allowing endless views from all angles for both residential and retail units, a truly spectacular vista from 85 floors up. Two of the building’s most unusual features are the large units and “learning” elevators, which incorporate artificial intelligence to eliminate wait times by getting to “know” the habits of the building’s residents.
